Fair Housing | Anti-Discrimination
The Warmington group of companies and all affiliates proudly abide by The Fair Employment and Housing Act which specifically provides protection from harassment or discrimination in housing because of:
Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Marital Status, National Origin, Ancestry, Familial Status, Source of Income and/or Disability. All persons are hereby informed that all dwellings advertised are available on an equal opportunity basis.
The act prohibits discrimination and harassment in all aspects of housing including sales, rentals, evictions, terms and conditions, mortgage loans and insurance and land use and zoning. For more information, visit the FHEO Website.
Additionally, the photographs used on our web site, in advertisements and marketing materials do not reflect racial preference. Many images are "stock" and have been chosen to represent a lifestyle, theme or mood. In these instances, race, family formation, gender, etc. are secondary to other factors such as location, activity, color, lighting and orientation. Photos change with special promotions, the addition or deletion of communities, and sometimes, seasonally.
Universal Design Checklist
In order to better accommodate our buyers with special needs due to age and/or disability Warmington is proud to abide by California law, section 17959.6 of the Health and Safety Code, which requires a builder of new for-sale residential units to provide potential buyers with a list of specific "universal design features" which make a home safer and easier to use for persons who are aging or frail, or who have certain temporary or permanent activity limitations or disabilities. Please be aware that these Universal
Design Checklist features are offered for an additional cost in most instances.
Universal Design Checklist features relate to exterior adaptations, doors and openings, interior adaptations, kitchens, and bathrooms or powder rooms in addition to features that apply to other parts of the house and are commonly requested or considered universal design features. Other external or internal features may be requested if the request comes at a reasonable time by the buyer, is reasonably available, is reasonably feasible to install or construct, and would make the home safer and easier to use for those with any type of activity limitation or disability.
Not every feature listed within the Universal Design Checklist may actually be available or offered by Warmington and what is available varies per community, floorplan and phase of construction. However, we strive to accommodate buyers with special needs as often as it is feasible and reasonable. Please speak to your Warmington sales representative for more information.
